The Layout manager must perform all obligations of the employer about a project, except acceptance of the guarantees, asking for renew, release, record or transfer them, acceptance of changing the cost of a contract, approve the change of the contract management, change technical specifications, change the systems and components of the work, approve new prices and additional service charges, approve of temporary and definitive delivery, suspension, termination and cancelation of the contract, approval of the final state of affairs and final bills. All issues related to project management, engineering supervision, procurement, construction and installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning, as well as all matters relating to technical inspection, are part of the services of the MAHSAB NIRO Engineering Company (MANICo) provides as a layout manager.
